Christine Kennedy

Christine was born and raised in Northwest Missouri and spent most of her life there before moving to Alabama. She attended Missouri Western State University, where she majored in Secondary Education with a focus in English. Christine has worked in the medical and financial fields for more than 33 years and brings deep administrative experience and organizational strength to our firm.

She joined Laxson Financial Group in 2017 as our Office Manager, where she supports the daily operations of the practice and helps ensure our clients receive timely, accurate service behind the scenes.

Christine and her husband, John, live in Opelika. She has two sons, two stepsons, and three grandchildren. A lifelong musician, she has played piano and organ, sung for over 40 years, and taught music across multiple states and in Germany. She has also performed on two gospel albums.

Outside the office, Christine enjoys spending time with her family, participating in church activities, and caring for her two chihuahuas, Nola and Gus.
